E-Read Texas - Collection Info
E-Read Texas brings electronic books and audiobooks to Texans served by small community libraries in all parts of the state. E-Read Texas provides over 20,000 downloadable e-books and audiobooks and a mobile e-reader application that make it possible for all Texans served by public libraries to access e-books.

The E-Read Texas collection primarily includes adult fiction and popular non-fiction and is most appropriate for an adult audience. The collection is chosen to include titles that will be popular with patrons, with enough copies to keep hold times reasonable. You can view title lists for the collection below.
New Titles
Click the link in the 'Download Title List' column to download a spreadsheet of new titles added in the month listed. You can also download the full inventory report and sort by the date added to find new titles.

Loan Periods
All libraries have the same checkout limits and they cannot be changed by individual libraries.
- Loan Period: 21 Days
- Checkout Limit: 20 items at a time
- Hold Limit: 10 items
- Renewals: unlimited, but items can only be renewed if there are no holds
